Refer the people you support to The Afiyya Foundation

Register your organisation or service as a referral partner. Once your application is approved, you'll receive a referral access code and can submit referrals through our simple online form.

How It Works

  • Fill in the details below — organisation details are used for signposting, and your own details are never shared publicly.
  • Our onboarding team reviews your application and sets your team up on our system.
  • Once approved, you'll receive your referral access code and supporting documents by email.
  • Referrals are individually assessed against our eligibility criteria, and many are fulfilled within 24–48 hours, depending on volunteer availability and the circumstances of the referral.

We operate in line with UK GDPR requirements. Information is used solely for the purpose of providing support and is not shared with third parties. Becoming a referral partner does not create any formal commitment or obligation — it simply gives you access to refer people to us whenever it is helpful.
